fix:

Oracle applications does not have an option to totally restrict access to the
check printer, but a certain level of control can be executed as follows:

System Administrator:

1. Set up a printer style called PRINT CHECKS (or something similar to flag the
printer)
Navigate > Install > Printer > Style
2. Install > printer => register
query up that printer
click on printer types
click on style
and assign that style to that printer
save

This will not stop the users from having access to this printer but to print to
this printer the style must be changed in the completion options when selecting
a printer.

If the style is not changed the reports will error out and this might make them
think twice about choosing your check printer. Possibliy the check printer is
locked in the check printing room which would raise another flag for users not
to use this printer.
