Linux Command to collect the zip in one shot

1. Please provide below data..

# ls -l /usr/lib/libXt*

Also upload the output of below:
# rpm -qa --qf "%{NAME}-%{VERSION}-%{RELEASE}(%{ARCH})\n" >> rpm.lst
-- upload the output file:  rpm.lst


2. Upload the Rapid-install Log files.

Please update Rapid-Install Log files from Apps Tier..

-- Run the below command at the OS command prompt on the Apps Node after sourcing the RUN Application Environment file.

zip -r /tmp/`uname -n`_`date +%m%d%y.%H%M`_Apps_RUN.zip \
$INST_TOP/conf*.txt
$INST_TOP/logs/*.log \
$INST_TOP/admin/log/ \
$APPL_TOP/admin/$CONTEXT_NAME/log \
$LOG_HOME/ora/10.1.2/install/ \
$LOG_HOME/ora/10.1.2/network/ \
$LOG_HOME/ora/FMW/
$LOG_HOME/appl/admin/log/ \
$FND_SECURE/*dbc \
$INST_TOP/appl/admin/$CONTEXT_NAME.xml \
$TNS_ADMIN \
/etc/hosts \

-- upload the file : /tmp/`uname -n`_`date +%m%d%y.%H%M`_Apps_RUN.zip

3. Have you comeplted the upgrade to 12.2.4?.. if yes, let me know all the procedures and Patches you have applied till now.. Update the documents you have referenced for the same..

4. Run the EBS Technology Codelevel Checker (ETCC) from Patch 17537119 and upload the output of below reports mentioned..
