fact: Oracle Receivables fact: ARXTWMAI - Transactions fact: ARXRWMAI - Receipts symptom: LOV for Activity Name field in the Adjustment form fails symptom: FRM-41830: List of values contains no entries change: NOTE ROLE: Navigation: 1. From Oracle Receivables responsibility navigate to Transaction > Transaction Summary 2. Query up and select an invoice 3. Click on Adjust button 4. Do a LOV on Activity Name field Nothing is returned and the tool bar displays the error. cause: Adjustment Activities are not setup properly. fix: Setup Adjustment Activities: 1. From Oracle Receivables responsibility navigate to Setup > Receipts > Receivable Activities 2. Query up Adjustment Activities 3. Check if ONLY the following adjustment activities exist: Commitment Adjustment Chargeback Adjustment Chargeback Reversal Adjustment Reversal These are installation "seeded" activities that are used for automatic adjustments only. They are not accessible for Manual adjustments. Thus, they will not appear in the LOV. Adjustment Activities to be used in Manual Adjustments must be setup by the user. Note that the names of the activities listed above are reserved and cannot be re-entered or used in Manual Adjustments. 4. Setup Adjustment Activities per business needs. Activities will then appear in the LOV on the Adjustments screen.
